History

How it got here.

Delivered in 1974, during the building wave that followed the municipal regulations permitting taller beachfront construction in Zona Sul. Maison du Soleil's two-per-floor layout was an early statement that Leblon would settle into a lower-density, higher-ticket pattern than the towers going up in Copacabana at the same time.

The building has stayed in its original architectural language since delivery. Common-area and façade refreshes have happened progressively; the security stack now runs 24/7 access control with camera monitoring, alarm integration and visitor identification.
