History

How it got here.

Built in 1981 by Real Engenharia. The original architectural program was led by Roberto Migotto, who oriented the building around the single-floor-per-unit format that became its long-term identity.

In 2019 the building underwent a full façade retrofit by architect Juan Carlos Di Filippo. The original cladding was replaced with Dekton in sand tones tuned to harmonize with the colour of Ipanema's beach. Internal systems were modernized in parallel.

Cap Ferrat has anchored at the top of the carioca luxury building lists for four decades; the 2019 retrofit reset the building's modern relevance without changing its formative architectural language.
