Condomínio Le Parc
Barra da Tijuca · Rio de Janeiro

Condomínio Le Parc.

French-neoclassical compound, resort-scale.

About the building

Condomínio Le Parc in brief.

Condomínio Le Parc is one of Barra da Tijuca's signature gated compounds — 13 residential blocks distributed across 55,630 m², with French-neoclassical façades, columns, glazed verandas and the kind of resort-grade amenity stack Zona Sul addresses can't match. Walking distance to Barra Shopping and Village Mall, ten minutes by car to Jardim Oceânico metro.

Three- and four-bedroom plates dominate, with a strong São Paulo and international owner base. Buyer profile skews family — full service quarters, two-plus parking spaces, predictable operational management, and the security of a fully gated perimeter.

History

How it got here.

Le Parc was delivered during Barra's transformation from open coastal flatland into Rio's largest planned residential district — the Lúcio Costa-era vision realized in the 1990s and 2000s.

The French-neoclassical architectural language was a deliberate departure from Barra's earlier modernist condominiums, positioning Le Parc as the international-style flagship for the neighborhood.

Amenity buildings have been progressively modernized; the most recent major refresh updated the spa, fitness and pool complexes.
